Excavations on modern Porcelain Production in Saxony and Thuringia

As cultural management is a task of the distinct federal states in Germany the recognition of Historical Archaeology is remarkably different. Two links I found today show quite different situations.
On ebay currently hundreds of porcelain figurines (at least their heads) were sold "from an excavation in Thuringia":
